How do I check on an order I have placed?

Do you accept international orders?

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Clinique?

What is your return/exchange policy?

Why is my favourite product discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please email us the name/shade of your favorite product that has been discontinued and we will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.
Can you send me samples?
Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. If your desire is to "try before you buy," please know that it is a Clinique Malaysia Online policy to accept returns or exchanges for products that you are not satisfied with. If you would like product recommendations or advice from a trained Consultant, we invite you to email us.

How do I know what is right for me (skin care and makeup)?
Begin by taking a personal consultation to determine your skin type and skin strength. Or visit Clinique consultant for all your beauty related questions and needs.
If you are under the care of a dermatologist, only he or she can best advise you of the appropriate products that would work best with your prescribed treatments. We recommend that you ask your dermatologist about the use of Clinique products, (most dermatologists are familiar with our product line) to determine what is appropriate for you. Once you have obtained this information, we would be happy to confirm which products meet those specifications.
Clinique Laboratories, LLC. is committed to the elimination of animal testing. We are equally committed to consumer health and safety, and bringing to market products that comply with applicable regulations in every country in which our products are sold.
We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor ask others to test on our behalf, except when required by law. We evaluate our finished products in clinical tests on volunteer panels.
